2. Customer Responsibilities

Bins should be accessible on your scheduled service day.
Missed pickups due to blocked or inaccessible bins may not be refunded.

3. Payments

All services are billed monthly. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring services. Failure to pay may result in service interruption or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your service anytime from your account or by contacting us. Services already provided are non-refundable.

5. Liability

We take care to provide safe, clean service. However, Curbside Hustlers is not liable for damage to bins, property, or missed pickups caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, road closures).
